How long are Founding Offers available?
For a limited time only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
When do my benefits start?
Your membership or pack will start upon purchase and be available to use at The Lions' Den River immediately. Your Founders Launch invitation will be sent via email when we have a date set!
I bought a membership, when will I get my keyring?
We'll send you an email once keyrings are ready for collection. In the meantime show the cabin team your membership confirmation email to receive your discount on food & drinks.
Can I use my membership or pack at both locations?
Yes! All Founding offers can be used at The Lions’ Den River and The Lions’ Den City (when it opens).
When will The Lions’ Den City open?
This winter. We’ll share behind-the-scenes updates as the build continues.
Is there a contract on memberships?
Founding Memberships are paid up front for the offer period. Prices remain locked in for your tier until you cancel, and will be charged annually (or every 6 months) depending on the membership purchased.
Do passes expire?
Standard expiry applies from the date of activation. Full details are shown in the app or on our website before you buy.
Can I transfer or refund a Founding offer?
Founding offers are limited and not transferable. Refunds follow our standard policy.
