TREATMENTS
BOOK A TREATMENT AT THE LIONS' DEN
rest, reset and recharge
At The Lions’ Den City, our treatment rooms have been designed as quiet little retreats in the heart of the city. Soft light, warm touches and a calm atmosphere create a space where you can switch off, let go and enjoy a moment that is just for you.

We offer massage and sports massage, holistic therapies, reflexology and reiki, delivered by a small team of experienced external practitioners who bring care and presence to every session.
Whether you are in need of rest, recovery or a deeper sense of ease, you will be welcomed exactly as you are.

OUR PRACTITIONERS

Haley
I’m a mother of three and love spending quality time with my family. I stay active through yoga, hiking, running, paddleboarding and bouldering, though in colder months I enjoy hibernating with a good thriller or romance novel.
I qualified as a massage therapist in 2015 and have run my own business since 2013, offering retreats and home visits across Norfolk. I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head and Pregnancy massages. I love how massage heals on many levels, releasing stress and tension for clients while creating a calm, zen atmosphere for both of us.
Favourite hot drink: White Hot Chocolate
Sam
Hi, I’m Sam! I’m a sports massage therapist and run Unity Sports Therapies. Before retraining, I was a primary school teacher for 10 years and my passion for helping others continues in my work today.
I love CrossFit, running, Hyrox, hiking, baking cookies, reading thrillers and of course, hunting down the perfect almond croissant!
I take a holistic, personalised approach to every treatment, using techniques like myofascial cupping and dry needling to help people move, feel and recover better. I’m also preparing to study Level 3 Personal Training and Level 4 Nutrition to support clients even more.
Favourite hot drink: Cappuccino with plenty of choc on top!

Sarah
Since 2009, I have been supporting clients through a variety of health challenges, bringing a gentle, compassionate approach to every session.
You don’t need to be unwell or have a specific “health issue” to benefit from my treatments. My work is holistic, addressing the body, mind and emotions as a whole. Even the relaxation alone can have a profound impact - helping you feel restored, balanced and nourished.
“The body is like a piano, and happiness is like music. It is needful to have the instrument in good order.” – Henry Ward Beecher
I believe the best approach to health is preventative: doing the things that make us feel good regularly. When we care for ourselves consistently, we stay in tune - physically, mentally, and emotionally - then we can show up as the best version of ourselves.

Lucy
I’ve been a massage therapist since 2018, with experience working with a luxury 5* Spa, ethical brands/cosmetics and other fun jobs such as once managing a surf camp in Australia and being a photographer in Bali for the same surf company.
I’ve been a solo practitioner for 3 years and knowledge building is important to me, ensuring I’m always delivering the best I can do.
My massage style is deep tissue with particular attention to calming the nervous system, so even though we’re moving your tired muscles, we’re also allowing space to get that deep state of rest – where the real healing happens! This intuitive and immersive style is suitable and adaptable for everyone, at any sate you find yourself in right now – a moment of true repose and healing will always add to your life.

Jo
I’m Jo, a lover of sunshine, sea air and long walks with my dogs, Dotty and Dora. I’m naturally curious about people, the body and the mind, and what truly helps us feel well. Creating calm, supportive spaces where people feel safe, seen and understood sits at the heart of everything I do.
With over 20 years’ experience in health and wellbeing, I began my career in NHS mental health services. I hold a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychological Therapies, building a strong foundation in behavioural change and the mind–body connection.
Over time, I felt drawn to supporting the whole person. I trained in life coaching, GP exercise referral, pre and postnatal exercise, menopause support and qualified as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. This allows me to integrate psychology, coaching, movement and therapeutic bodywork into one personalised approach.
I predominantly support women, helping them feel calmer, stronger and more at home in themselves — creating meaningful, sustainable change that lasts.
