Paddle with us on the River Wensum. Norfolk Paddle Boards is where our story began and remains a core part of The Lions’ Den River community.
During the paddleboarding season (April to September-ish), our lessons, hires and guided sessions offer a calm, welcoming and safe way to get outside, move your body and explore Norwich from the water.

Outside of the main season, you can still enjoy time on the river by joining paddles at OutThere or AquaPaddle.
AquaPaddle
AquaPaddle is our timed 5km social paddle run by volunteers for all paddling abilities on different craft and waterways across the country. Meeting on ideally, Sunday mornings of the location’s choice, the timed social paddle provides an opportunity for those who want to improve their fitness and wellbeing, meet other like-minded paddlers and have fun!

If you don’t have a board, you can hire one for just £5.
