SAUNAS

Two wood fired saunas sit right on the River Wensum, each with views of the water and surrounding nature.

Sessions include access to our Sauna Garden with changing rooms, lockers, five cold plunges and a cold shower.

A simple way to slow down, support recovery and feel better in your body.

Our cold plunges are available throughout your session, giving you the chance to cool down, lift your mood and build resilience.

Our riverside cabin serves nourishing food and good quality drinks, with seasonal soups, toasties, hot chocolates, great coffee and more.

A cosy space to warm up after the water or sit with friends in the fresh air.

Open to both sauna guests and passers-by.

PADDLE BOARDING

This is where our story began. We offer paddle board hire, lessons and guided sessions for all levels, along with social paddles throughout the spring and summer months.
