To celebrate being named Best Urban Sauna at the Sauna Summit Awards 2026, we’re launching our Try Sauna Pass early, and making it available to everyone until 31 August.
The Lions' Den City is a welcoming space in the heart of Norwich, with East Anglia's largest indoor Community Sauna and two rooftop saunas with views of Norwich. Come for a sauna, stay for a drink and take a little time for yourself.

The Details: Valid at The Lions’ Den City only. Includes two sauna and cold plunge sessions and two hot or iced café drinks. Smoothies & fridge drinks are excluded from this offer. First session must be booked within 30 days of purchase, and pass is valid for one month from the date of first use. Pass is for individual use only. Limited to one Try Sauna Pass per person. Non-transferable and cannot be shared. Offer available to all customers until 31 August. From 1 September, the Try Sauna Pass will be available to new customers only.

Coming in for sauna? Make a little more time for yourself and try a studio class for just £5 for your first visit.
Our timetable includes yoga, strength training, salsa, meditation and more. Take a moment to move or reset, then head upstairs for your sauna and ice bath session, finishing off with a drink in our City café.
Studio classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
