Join our parent & baby sauna social at The Lions' Den City
Taking time for yourself as a new parent is hard, so we’ve designed a session where you don’t have to choose between a reset and your baby.
Our Parent & Baby Sauna Socials at The Lions’ Den City are designed for babes-in-arms and focused on the “Village” model of care, helping parents rest, reset and build community with other local parents.
Join us for a social, tag-team sauna and cold plunge session where parents work together so everyone gets some much-needed time in the heat.
HOW IT WORKS
This is a social, tag-team session.
While one group of parents enjoys the sauna and cold plunge, the other remains in our dedicated lounge area with the little ones. You’ll rotate throughout the two-hour session, ensuring everyone gets plenty of time to heat up, cool down and reset.
Pair up: We highly recommend booking in pairs. Bring a partner, grandparent or friend. Coming solo? No problem. Our host can help buddy you up with another parent on the day.
Take turns: While one adult enjoys the sauna and cold plunge, the other stays in the lounge with the babies before swapping over.

Before attending your first Parent & Baby Sauna Social, please read and complete our health and safety form to unlock booking access.
Sessions are £16.50 and currently run on the first Tuesday of the month, 9.45am to 11.45am
THE "VILLAGE" MODEL
To keep our Parent & Baby Sauna Socials affordable and community-focused, the sessions operate on a peer-support model.
Our team is there to host the session, maintain a safe and welcoming environment and help with things like carrying buggies, but we don’t provide childcare.
Parents work together to make the tag-team format possible, while remaining responsible for their own child at all times. Your baby stays with you or another parent/friend throughout the session.
Babies stay outside the sauna. Our sauna and ice baths are for adults only. Babies remain in the ambient-temperature lounge area throughout the session so they can stay safe and comfortable.
Parents remain responsible for their children. Our team hosts the session, but parents are responsible for the care and supervision of their own baby at all times.
We’re located up two flights of stairs. Bringing a buggy? Our team can help you carry it up.
Please bring a portable changing mat. We don’t currently have formal baby-changing tables. Changing and feeding are welcome in our space, but please only change and feed your own child.
