Kids’ Paddleboarding Sessions in Norwich
Our Lions’ Cubs Paddle sessions give children aged 8 to 15 the chance to try paddleboarding in Norwich, build confidence on the water and enjoy time outdoors on the River Wensum.
LIONS' CUBS PADDLE
Created with the experienced team at Norfolk Paddle Boards, each 90-minute session is supervised by a paddleboarding instructor, with plenty of time to learn, explore and have fun on the river.
Sessions run every Monday and Friday from 3.30pm to 5pm until Friday 28 August 2026.

SAUNA SESSIONS FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS
While the cubs are out on the water, parents and guardians can take an hour for themselves with an optional Sauna + Ice Bath session from 3.45pm to 4.45pm.
Move between our riverside saunas and ice baths, slow down and enjoy some time by the river before collecting your cubs at 5pm.
Parent Sauna + Ice Bath: £13 per parent
Each parent joining the sauna will need their own pass and session booking.
Not joining the sauna? You are welcome to leave your child with the paddle team and return to collect them by 5pm.

What ages are Lions’ Cubs Paddle sessions for? Sessions are for children aged 8 to 15.
How long is each session? Each supervised paddleboarding session lasts 90 minutes, from 3.30pm to 5pm.
Who leads the sessions? Sessions are led by an experienced instructor from Norfolk Paddle Boards.
Do parents and guardians need to stay? No. You can leave your child with the paddle team and return to collect them by 5pm. Parents and guardians can also book an optional Sauna + Ice Bath session from 3.45pm to 4.45pm.
How do sibling passes work? Sibling passes are available for two children at £40 or three children at £58.
After purchasing the pass, book each child onto the same session separately by repeating the booking process using the same name.
