OUR SPACES
We offer Sauna, Paddle Board and Studio Class experiences.
At River, we have two 8 person saunas available to hire individually or together.
At our City location we have two 12 person and a 25 person sauna, as well as our studio available to hire to host your workshop or join a movement class.
Once you’ve submitted your event request, Natasha will be in touch to take care of everything for you. We know how stressful organising a group event can be, so we’re here to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible.
OUR LOCATIONS
The Lions’ Den City is in the heart of Norwich City Centre bringing together studio sessions, rooftop saunas, a large community sauna with a chill out zone and a welcoming café with super fast wifi.
The Lions’ Den River is our original riverside location, just a short walk from the town centre, offering an outdoor cafe experience with a stand-up paddleboarding on the river (April-October).
