OUTTHERE

Community Wellbeing, Movement and Connection in Norwich
OutThere Norwich is here to help more people get outside, move their bodies, meet others and feel part of a welcoming community.
What started as a free monthly meet-up has grown into a wider initiative to also encompass workshops, classes and events designed to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Everything we do is rooted in movement, nature, creativity and connection. Some sessions are active, some are reflective, some are social, but all are designed to help you feel better, build confidence and connect with others in a friendly, supportive space.
Take part at your own pace. Everyone is welcome.
