From sauna and ice baths to paddle boarding, studio classes, iced drinks, events and café favourites, our Summer Passport is your invitation to make the most of City, River and everything happening at The Den.
Pick up your passport at either location's café, collect stamps as you visit, and unlock rewards. Collect all 12 stamps and you’ll be entered into our Summer Passport Prize Draw, with prizes including a month of Unlimited Sauna, sessions for a friend and café drinks.
The Lions' Den Summer Passport stamp collection runs from 25th July to 5th September 2026.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Register for your Summer Passport via our signup form and take a screenshot.
2. Pick up your Summer Passport at The Lions’ Den City café or The Lions’ Den River café between 25th July and 2nd August by showing your sign up confirmation.
3. Add your name to the back of your passport and keep it safe.
4. Collect one stamp per visit or activity.
- Collect 6 stamps to receive a The Lions' Den tote bag and drinks token.
- Collect all 12 stamps to receive The Lions' Den tote bag and 2 drinks tokens, plus entry into our Summer Passport Prize Draw.
5. Hand in your passport to The Lions' Den between 5th and 12th September to receive your tote bag, drinks token(s) and be entered into our prize draw if you've collected all 12 stamps.
Passports must be handed in at City or River between 5th and 12th September 2026 to receive your rewards and be entered into the prize draw.
SUMMER PASSPORT 2026 PRIZES
Everyone who completes all 12 stamps by 5th September and hands in their passport by 12th September 2026 will be entered into our Summer Passport Prize Draw:
1st prize
One month Unlimited Sauna, 5 sessions for a friend and 5 café drinks
2nd prize
One month Core Membership, 2 sessions for a friend and 2 café drinks
3rd prize
One month Essential Membership, 1 session for a friend and 1 café drink
Winners will be selected at random after the campaign closes and contacted by email.


COLLECT SUMMER PASSPORT STAMPS
There are 12 Summer Passport stamps to collect across The Lions’ Den City, The Lions’ Den River and Norfolk Paddle Boards.
Collect your passport from The Lions' Den City or River cafés from the 25th July to 2nd August to discover what they are and get your first stamp!
SUMMER PASSPORT 2026 T&Cs
1. Promoter: The Summer Passport campaign is run by The Lions’ Den Norwich. 2. Campaign dates: The Summer Passport runs from 25th July to 5th September 2026.Passports must be completed and handed in at The Lions’ Den City or The Lions’ Den River by close of business on 12th September 2026 to qualify for the prize draw. 3. Eligibility: The Summer Passport is open to customers of The Lions’ Den aged 18 or over. One passport is permitted per person. The Lions’ Den team members are not eligible to enter the prize draw. 4. How to take part: Customers can pick up a Summer Passport at The Lions’ Den City or The Lions’ Den River café. To activate the passport, customers must add their name and email address to the card and email signup form.
Customers collect stamps by completing the listed activities during the campaign period. A maximum of one stamp can be collected per visit or activity, unless otherwise stated by The Lions’ Den. Stamps must be added by a member of The Lions’ Den team at the time of the visit or activity. 5. Rewards: Customers who collect 6 stamps will receive a The Lions' Den tote bag and drinks token. Customers who collect all 12 stamps will receive a The Lions' Den tote bag, two drinks tokens, plus entry into the Summer Passport Prize Draw.
Rewards are subject to availability and may vary. Drinks tokens must be used in line with the terms stated on the token or communicated by The Lions’ Den. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. 6. Prize draw entry: To enter the prize draw, customers must collect all 12 stamps and hand in their completed passport by close of business on 12th September 2026. Only completed passports with a name and email address will be eligible for the prize draw. One completed passport equals one prize draw entry.
7. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Membership prizes must be activated within the timeframe confirmed by The Lions’ Den when the winner is contacted.
Friend sessions and café drinks must be redeemed in line with the instructions provided to the winner. 8. Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible completed passports after the campaign closes. Winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided on their completed passport. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, The Lions’ Den reserves the right to select another winner at random. 9. Lost or damaged passports: Customers are responsible for keeping their passport safe. Lost, stolen or damaged passports may not be replaced. The Lions’ Den may, at its discretion, replace a passport where there is clear evidence of completed activities, but this is not guaranteed.
