Come and join the NFA sauna social at The Lion's Den. Please choose your 1 hour sauna session time!
Please wear swimwear and bring flip flops for walking between the sauna, ice baths and changing rooms. It is a requirement to bring a towel to sit on in the sauna. We recommend a second towel to use to dry off after the ice baths.
