Here are a few important notes to read before you arrive:

Parking: There’s no parking available at The Red Lion. Please use nearby pay-and-display car parks or explore free parking options—there may be some available on Gas Hill.

Punctuality: Please make sure to arrive on time for your session.

Changing Facilities: Our changing space is limited, so if possible, bring a change robe and arrive with your sauna attire on.

Sauna Etiquette:

When entering and exiting the sauna, please do so swiftly to avoid leaving the door open and letting the heat escape.
